Stationary biogas analyzer

Biogas analyzer is used to control the process of the biogas production in biogas plants and waste water treatment plants, in the petrochemical and chemical industries and for monitoring of gas emission and gas purity. Biogas analyzer is also applicable in laboratories for the synthesis of gas mixtures and for measuring of gas concentration.

UPEP meets the requirements of TÜV SÜD regarding the methodology for determining the quantity of chemical energy in a gas/biogas mixture, and thus meets the requirements of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) regarding the method of calculating data submitted to the support system, including guaranteed bonus for high-efficiency cogeneration.

K.A.T. CHP-010 methane analyzer is used to control directly the combined heating and power (CHP) gas engine of a cogeneration system. Analyzer is dedicated for biogas plants, sewage treatment plants and within a biomass gasification process.

Control Alarm Unit HEXT251C112

Control alarm unit for CO and LPG

K.A.T. HEXT251C112

HEXT251C112 is an integrated controller produced by Horner which operates as an control alarm unit. Software of the control alarm unit integrates connected carbon monoxide detectors K.A.T.CO-010 and Propan/Butane detectors K.A.T.LPG-010.

The control alarm unit is able to integrate detectors working in the current loop as well as to integrate detectors working in the ModBus RTU communication loop on the RS 485 physical layer. Optionally, it is possible to work simultaneously in both integration modes.
